SS Erick Almonte homered in the fourth, but it wasn't enough in the 9-3 loss to the Bulls. RHP Virgil Vasquez was the starter for the Hens and took the loss. RHP Mitch Talbot recorded the win for Durham.

Hens Return Home on May 19 For Extended Homestand, Including Four Games Against Triple-A Tribe!

Mud Hens Revisit the 80s with a Rad Game Worn Jersey Auction on Saturday, 5/24!
As part of 80’s Night on Saturday, May 24th, Hens players will get into the groove by wearing gnarly retro jerseys from the 1980-82 seasons. Fans will be able to bid on these totally tubular game-worn jerseys via a silent auction on the main concourse throughout the game. ST. PETERSBURG, FL (May 6) - Minor League Baseball got off to a good start in a bid to break its all-time attendance record for the fifth consecutive season. The average crowd per playing date, through April, is up slightly from the 2007 total when the Minor Leagues drew 42,812,812 fans.
